The first For Sale by Builder Magazine was published in October, 2010. The magazine is printed monthly and is available for free to consumers every day, all month and all year in easy to find locations across the Triangle. We have a very targeted approach with a broad reach, 18,000 copies are printed monthly.

Our magazine allows for a great opportunity to feature homes in a way that is easy for buyers to navigate. Each new home is on individual ad, each ad is categorized into a separate geographic section and each section is organized by price. We are the only print resource featuring "quick delivery" new homes in the greater Raleigh, NC area.
